I love music, and I love videography. Why not do both?
Growing up, I always shared my love for music and video production. Of course, all I had was an iPod touch and my imagination, but that was all I needed. I used to perform concerts for my family as I choreographed and performed the soundtrack to the latest R&B songs my mom would play in the car. I even went as far as to create my concert tickets out of lined notebook paper and whatever markers I could find. While I wasn't touring, I filmed and edited music videos and short films with my friends and showed them to anyone who would watch. I loved watching live performances and any movie with a good soundtrack. I always knew I wanted to be in the entertainment industry before I knew what that meant.
Filmmaker
"Neighbors" is a short film I created during my last semester of college. I have been editing and creating for most of my life, but this project was my first production. I wrote, directed, produced, and edited this film with the help of my classmates and professors along the way. “Neighbors” was later voted "Best Picture" in our end-of-semester showcase and continues to be used as a learning tool for rising West Georgia film students.
I am so proud of this film.
Fangirl
Girls Who Tour is for fans whose love for music and artists knows no bounds. Founded by fangirls whose passions lie in the world of music, our platform is a space where we highlight our journey through the industry- as both professionals and consumers. From attending concerts to discovering new artists, we're here to share our experiences, insights, and discoveries through music features, interviews, and concert blogs. I serve as the content creator and social media manager for our collective.
We created Girls Who Tour to show what it means to be a fangirl. We are here to uplift and inspire fangirls- to showcase how their dedication, love, and passions foster communities. We are here for the fangirls - the backbone of the music industry.
